About

I spent the majority of my career managing IT Helpdesks for Insurance and Pension companies whilst raising two daughters with my partner, Frank.

I was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2016 and attended my first working age group meeting in February 2023. I currently serve on the committee providing support with the various fundraising activities and events.

Any spare time is spent attending group or personal exercise sessions that will help me to positively manage my PD journey.
