Branch News

Sunday November 24 2024

Hey everyone!

Just a heads-up about a really exciting opportunity coming up. We've got a face-to-face PD Warrior session planned for Wednesday, November 27th at 5:30 pm. It's an awesome chance to meet the team from LV Rehabilitation and find out more about signing up for the PD Warrior program. Last year, 12 of us took part, and almost everyone saw significant improvements. The ongoing maintenance sessions are super popular, which says a lot about how effective the program is.

Here’s what you can look forward to with PD Warrior:

- Boost Mobility and Confidence: Regain your ability to move with ease and independence.

- Stay Active and Positive: Learn tried-and-true exercises and strategies to keep living a fulfilling life.

- Connect with Others: Join a supportive community of folks who get what you’re going through.

- Expert Guidance: Get advice from our certified PD Warrior trainers, through both in-person and online sessions.

It'd be fantastic if you could join us this Wednesday. If you decide to commit to the program, I’ll do everything I can to help you get enrolled.

If you would like to attend please contact Jeremy Collyer by email [email protected] , or by telephone 07884 266647

I'll also be posting updates on the website’s news page.

Best wishes,

Jeremy

P.S. We're planning another taster session on December 18th (location to be confirmed), so stay tuned!
